Enemy air units are free to spawn rape however they want

I spawn in a fighter jet - one second after I spawn the enemy jet kills me with guns.
Can't get out from the spawn in the attack heli without getting shot down.
Base unmanned AA is useless.

This needs to be fixed. What is DICE thinking?
