Can you take more than one dose of .25 at the same time?

I started on Wegovy about a year and half ago. My insurance changed and it was no longer covered so I switched to compounded semaglutide. I’ve been on 2.4 for almost a year. My provider and I have been talking about titrating down slowly in an effort to switch to Contrave an in case compounded semaglutide was no longer available. At my last two appointments my Dr. gave me a box of branded Wegovy samples that contained four .25 pens. I am definitely going to ask her at my next appointment but in the meantime I was just wondering if you can take all four .25 shots at once to equal 1mg or does it not work that way? Is it more about the concentration??
