Ineligible on Outlier,approved on Multimango

Hi, I’m currently showing as ineligible for the Aether at outlier, but my status shows that I’m approved annotator on multimango and can work there. I’m also not added to the project community, I could access in between, but now when I try to access it, it shows as private. The project still appears in my hubstaff app, and I have a rating of 1.48.

Can anyone tell me what I should do? Do I need to contact support, and if I do, is there a chance I could be removed?
