Harbin visit - guidance for clothing and accessories

Hi!! We are planning a trip to Harbin in first week of Jan 26. What clothing should we pack. Also what kind of shoes will work. I have walking shoes, will wearing fleece socks be enough? What kind of cream or sunblock is recommended. Im residing in china so i will be buying stuff off online shops Thank you
