What should we do about this?

So me and my family tried to apply to the Santa's Little helper and they rejected us and muted her (my mother) without saying anything, they won't tell her why but then I look through the subreddit and everyone on there is white or very light skin. Now I'm pissed because of it. My dad can't work and the money we have from his disability we have to use on the bills, we're on food stamps and no one will hire me or my mom so we can't buy anything for Christmas. My mom is crying her eyes out because they won't even tell us why.

Idk what to do at this point, I want to give my younger sister something for Christmas. The program we normally use closed in October 1st so we don't have any left. I did film a scream recording so I have proof but I don't want to post it since it have kids who aren't involved in it faces. I just feel stuck dose anyone have any suggestions on what to do?
