Will this slow down charge?

Hi so I recently got a Quest 3 and got a link cable that is USB A on one end and USB C on the other. The power adapter that came with the headset is USB C, and I was wondering if using a USB A to C adapter (to use the link cable with the power adapter) like the one below would slow down charging speeds or not: https://a.co/d/6oW363g.
