Hi yall, hope this post is allowed but I really need help asap, my bike was already acting up, took a while for it to start up with the display, but now since 3 December, it won’t start op at all, yes my battery is full, it is in the display (see pic) it won’t turn on via the power button on the display, the button still lights up, but it just won’t turn on. This bike is the only means of transport that I have to travel, if I’d had to walk to work, I’d be always 3+ hours, ain’t gonna do that for obvious reasons, there are no busses nor trains in my town, only the next one over which is 1,30 hour by foot, I am not allowed to drive due my medication so that is also not an option. I’ve been trying to contact Hitway EU themself for 3 days but I basically got told, the displays are out of stock and will only be in stock within two weeks so suck to be you but we can’t do shit. Apparently to them I didn’t by my bike via them, which, yes I did, showed them proof multiple times but still got told to fuck off, they didn’t try to find a solution nothing, absolute horse shit. They also said I cannot just buy the same display for a different model, because the display and the model have to be the same, even if the display is the same from a different model

Now my question is, how could I turn on my bike without the display, I KNOW it still works, it’s only the stupid fucking display that I need but I cannot find it anywhere except for their website. I really really hope there is a way to turn my bike on while I have to wait for the display to be back in stock.. I don’t want to risk getting in trouble with my job

Hitway BK27 won’t turn on, need help asap
