Gifts for my wife

What do you get for the person who doesn't need anything? I'm coming up against the buzzsaw of her birthday/Christmas and I'd be interested in fellow fats ideas for gift giving. She's a physician, 40 years old. Doesn't drink coffee and isn't interested in luxury brands.

Last year I finished a wine room for her. Every Christmas I give her books, large jigsaw puzzles, pajamas, jewelry, sheets etc.
