Best place to find another chiro or acupuncturist to share office space with?

In the past year-ish, I've shifted from a rehab-heavy practice style to mainly providing adjustments, shockwave and laser therapy. I converted the rehab space into two treatment rooms, but I honestly don't use the second one much since I'm not super high volume.

I'd like to rent the space out to a younger doc looking for a cheap place to build their practice or even get an acupuncturist in the space.

Where have you guys had success when trying to rent space to other providers?
