Oral users - when did changes kick in?

I’m on a 6mg pill. I’ll admit I’m a vanity user (not overweight), but I do have lots of cravings and my food noise is loud. I wanted to see if it would help with that. I’m 10 days in and not really feeling and different. Anyone else in my shoes have experience to share?
