Got a good deal on a 9800X3D, need help building around it

Build Question

So I found a pretty good deal for the Ryzen 7 9800X3D and grabbed it with a discount code, since I already have the CPU now, I figured I might as well build a full setup around it instead of letting it sit in the box for much longer, but I don't know where to start when it comes to pairing parts with something like this.

I'm not sure what kind of motherboard works best with this CPU, what chipset I should be looking for, whether I need a certain quality of VRMs, or what RAM speeds make the most sense for it. I will probably reuse my GPU for now, but everything else is pretty much open since this would be a new build.

Anyone who knows how to pair or build around the 9800X3D or similar chips, what would you recommend for the motherboard, RAM, cooling, and anything else that matters for this CPU. Things like compatibility, bottlenecks, and even case suggestions are welcome. I just want to make sure I put together something balanced and not overkill in the wrong places.
