Could monjauro be why my period stopped?

25F, I have Graves’ disease (just got off meds to see how I do without it because My levels got better) restarted monjauro in August (on my 2nd box of 7.5mg) this year which is the same month my period stopped coming. Also had an ovarian cyst removal 2 years ago, the scarring still hurts honestly whenever I’m about to have my period or if the weather is bad.I’ve noticed moments it hurts now but my period isn’t coming. My hormonal cystic acne has a hard time going away too since lack of period. Been under a ton of stress this year / last couple months too due to my broken foot still not healing that I got over the summer, plus my job laid me off and about to start 2 new ones while still injured.

My last period was end of July. And the only other time my period didn’t come for a year was when I was severely depressed, and also actively had my autoimmune but didn’t get diagnosed officially etc. I was put on birth control for years but I asked to stop when I went to my new gyno because I don’t like bc personally. Especially with my health concerns taking it is not really ideal.

My period has been completely regular after stopping it thankfully but it all of a sudden stopped this year. It seems in replacement of my period I keep getting continuous clear discharge which is apparently normal. We did blood tests which are normal and an ultrasound (internal / external) which doesn’t show cysts thank GOD. However my gyno wants me to start progesterone to see if I’ll get a withdrawl bleed. If I don’t I think she said I need to do more bloodwork to see if I have a strain of pcos but I’m not sure. Has anyone gone through this? The only thing I can really think of it’s due to my monjauro. I’ve lost about 30 lb in 3 months. But my gyno says monjauro doesn’t really do much to it and that weight loss helps regulate the period. Thoughts?
