9/11 Ionia when?

To me the Ionia trait feels like something that could be really dope for people who want to go lvl 9/10. But Ionia is capped at 7 making it a reroll trait. Usually I end up going 6, reroll Xin and Yasuo, then go 7 and reroll for Ahri and Kennen.

Would be cool, if they added a 9 or 11 Ionia option.
