"Gobble up our genetics" whay is that weird sign and building off 90?

So I'm passing through on my way to MN, and right off interstate 90 near Deforest, there is a bug sign that says "gobble up our genetics" next to a very strange building. It kind of looks like a multi level driving range for golf but wtf is that sign about?? What does it mean?
