Why do people have to feel ashamed?

I have multiple takes here that I’d love to hear your opinions and comments about!

1. Why is it frowned upon to find plus sized people attractive? Why are people embarrassed when they find plus sized people attractive?

2. Why are we taught to be ashamed of kinks? I am freaky and am proud to share when people are comfortable asking!
