Will the Super Hornet be dead on arrival?

It has a very lacklustre load out of 12x poor-performance AIM-120 and 2x ancient AIM-9M. Meanwhile Gaijin have added a ridiculously overpowered AESA Eurofighter which could easily destroy the F-18E at pretty much any range. The Rafale still has broken MICA's and even Sweden will now get the Gripen-E. Meanwhile we need to fight these jets, from the 2020's, using a Super Hornet from the late 90's. To make the Super Hornet playable, we need at minimum the AIM-120D and possibly the AIM-174B. Also, why can't they just add the F-22 and F-35 already to level the playing field?
