Three weeks past OHS and need your input

This community has been wonderful and I’m so thankful for it!

I’m three weeks out from AVS via a mini-sternotomy. When does it get better?

For me, the poor sleep (due to the inclined bed & stress of healing I suppose) is the worst. My body & my brain are exhausted.

Last week I felt I had turned a corner in feeling better only to get fluid around my heart. So painful! Now I’m still trying to get back to where I was last week.

Any input/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
