Resting heart rate around 100-110, can all these symptoms of anxiety?

Im going through post viral fatigue and housebound from last one month. I'm horrible anxious about my health, reading whole day about chronic fatigue syndrome. Crying every 3 4 day.constantly thinking about worst case scenario ,Can this health anxiety elevate my heart rate? Make me feel more worse , fatigued, giving headache,muscle twitching? I've never experienced anxiety before. So just asking all these are symptoms of anxiety?
