How to view treadmill run details on external display

Hey guys, is there a device I can use to view my treadmill running stats from my epix 2 watch (like running power) on my treadmill? I see that cyclists have the Edge devices but I'm not sure this would work here. My goal is to keep an eye on my power and cadence readings without having to lift my wrist up constantly to see.
