Separation/ Retirement Orders?

Hi folks,

Does anyone have any insights on what’s happening with the generating of orders? Last thing I heard was they were awaiting funding. I’m getting medically retired so this wait has really put a damper on my future plans. 🙃anything helps! TIA 😊
