Trouble with chime connecting to existing Experian account

Just joined chime after a recent job change. Im 23 and trying to build my credit and figured chime would help after hearing a few testimonials from friends/family. Chime has been great so far, the spot me features and my pay features are pretty cool and the 2 days early pay has been nice. Problem is I can’t link my experian account to chime? It wants me to make a new account. Any solutions?
