any advice for the SAT?

i take it tmr so no “do this every day for a month,” or anything like that. some other things to note - idk much abt it, so please talk to me like i’m stupid. i won’t be offended. i’m bad at math and good at english related stuff but idk how hard the non math portion will be - it could be advanced to the point i dont understand so warnings would be nice! advice please. thanks!
