Stress Test - Abnormal Hypertensive Response

Test Results

40-year-old female. I’ve been having heart palpitations since the second trimester of my last pregnancy. My family doctor referred me to a Heart Institute, and they ordered a stress test. The results showed normal heart activity, but an abnormal hypertensive response. Baseline BP was 128/80. Maximum BP was 195/80. I believe the cutoff for women is 190 systolic. I am out of shape, and about 20 pounds overweight. Working on both. How worried should I be?
