This briar bug (no video cause I'm sure you all know it)

The briar bug in question is where once landing she stands in place running. Typically happens when the champion you ulted dies on impact and you press w immediately. Not 100 percent sure about the cause.

I know this is long been known, but this bug can lose you a game pretty easily. Are riot able to fix it? Is it hard to fix perhaps that's why they haven't?

Who is best to send this type of thing to?
