Seeking advice/recommendations on quick 'As-is' home sale

Info Request

Hey all!

I need to start the process of selling my current home but I’m not exactly sure where to begin. I’m hoping to sell it fairly quickly (ideally 1-3 months) and in “as-is” condition due to unforeseen medical/health issues along with a recent job severance that have significantly impacted my financial situation.

The home is in fair condition with no major updates or repairs needed, though it would benefit from some cosmetic work and a few minor fixes.

I was hoping to get suggestions on where to start, what options I should consider (and their pros/cons), any important information to keep in mind, or general recommendations. Personal experiences from others who’ve gone through something similar are also welcome. I’ve begun doing some online research, but I’m still in the early stages of learning what my options are.

Feel free to ask questions if info is not provided above.

Thanks in advance.
