Go Pass ticket refunded but I didn’t ask for refund?

Hi all. Got an email last night from the web store refunding me for what I now think is the December Go Pass deluxe. I didn’t initiate this and was confused.

Was playing this morning before I realized what the refund must be for and noticed that though I’d done the tasks my reward levels were not going up.

I don’t even know how to ask for a pass refund so I have no idea how this happened. No sent emails to Xsolla. I’ve opened a support ticket in the game but wonder if this has happened to anyone else? Thanks!
