Strange things are happening

I had an old SP, she moved away in Feb of this year. I put in work to bring her back. I frankly got tired and burnt out and moved on. I met a new girl that really ticked all my boxes and went on one date with her. We had plans to hangout again but she canceled last min and I haven't really heard from her since (Sept.) I was getting movement with her but it has seemed to stop. I've been working on self concept and been doing a little bit of affirming directly for her but now my old SP has not only ditched the 3P but is now telling me she wants to move back and is being all flirty. Now, I'm not entirely sure if I want her but I really dig this new SP (the one with no movement.) i find myself always kind of seeing if she posted a story on insta or something which i know is a bad habit and might be holding the manifestation back but I can't help but be curious..

what do I do here?
