Reliable service

Hi guys I’m trying to remove iCloud lock on IPad Pro A2229 tried everything with Apple they no help, I’ve been going through posts here and can’t get a definitive answer on what software to use I’m even willing to pay but don’t want to end up being scammed, or after saying it’s not possible didn’t update it in over a year so not IOS 26. Please give me a legit source or let me know if not possible, just want to give IPad to kids to watch YouTube on!
