Group Modbus entities into devices

I have 5 Modbus energy meters. All added into home assistant and they work great. The issue is that there are now 72 entities within the Modbus integration and that's it.

I know the Modbus integration (sadly) doesn't support grouping entities into devices but maybe there's a trick? The only way to tell them apart is by their name.
