Autobalancing and unit formations

Along with the much requested autobalance toggle feature for armies/navies, we should also have an option to lock individual units to where we put them.

The reason for this is because if you stack all your cavalry on one flank then get new units and autobalance, it moves the cavalry too (as just as example).
