Stake.US - Phone Vs PC help

Hello, I play on Stake.US on my PC quite a bit, but saw recently you can play using a phone. I'm on android and when I log in, it allows me to play every game besides the slots. It says "Not available in your state (I'm a NH resident). But on PC, I can play all of the slots. What's up with this and is there a way to work around it?
