Why would it cycle when it knows the drawer is full?

I love my LR and it truly makes life so much easier, but there’s one flaw I just can’t seem to get over, it cycles even though the drawer is full. You would think once the LR recognizes that the drawer is full, it would just stop cycling to prevent issues, but apparently that’s not the case. I don’t think cycling should take priority over the potential for excrement to be smeared everywhere, maybe I’m missing something, but that seems like common sense.
