Is boob doula a thing?

I've been having a very specific fantasy about facilitating a friend sucking and fondling another person's boobs. I can't believe that this is a new idea, but I also haven't seen it anywhere.

I think now that I'm a retired kinky fairy godmother, maybe I'm a boob doula.
