Setting up a Flight Sim (X-Plane 12)...Need some insight (not a gamer)

So I'm in Flight Training. I've been told a few times that a quality simulator at home really does help with practicing maneuvers and advancing through my training.

So I'm going to buy one. Not a gamer AT ALL so I need some assistance. I've barrowed it down to these two PCs.

RTX5070

RTX5070

RTX5060

RTX5060

My question is : Would there be a major difference in speed, picture quality, and training btw these two PCs?

(One is RTX5060 and RTX5070.)

Note: I understand the minimum requirements listed on the X-plane 12 site but I need specs sophisticated enough to be beneficial for real flight training.
