Holiday pay missing hours

I finally got my deposit for my holiday hours but I only got paid for 6 when I accumulated 13. I’m about to start contacting a lawyer because this is actually ridiculous how am I still missing money. On top of that the statement says my Netpay is 101 for the holidays hours and I only received 78 in my deposit.
