Considering a 1BR in Azizi Venice – Any Owners or Investors Here?

Hey everyone, I’m looking for some honest feedback on Azizi Venice, specifically the 1-bedroom units. I’ve been researching the project and the visuals look amazing, but I want to hear from people who have actually invested or followed the development closely.

How is Azizi as a developer in terms of delivery, build quality, payment plans, and ROI? Is the Dubai South / DIP area expected to grow significantly by the time this project hands over? Any insights on rentability, potential appreciation, service charges, pros/cons, or things to watch out for would be really appreciated.
