What is the horror equivalent to Lifetime movies?

I've just entered the wonderful, awful world of Lifetime thrillers. They are not good in any sense of the word, but they avoid many pitfalls of other B-movies. First and foremost, they know how to do a relatively well-paced simple three-act structure without filling it up with stock photos or "walking around in the woods." That might not sound like high praise, but if you're a B movie aficionado, you probably know what I'm talking about.

The plot, although stupid and full of plot holes, is usually engaging (in the better ones) in a "it's two o'clock in the night and I'm barely awake" kind of way. They know that they are producing one-note crap, but there's no annoying tongue-in-cheek going on. And it can be really cheesy and fun with insane plotlines and baffling dialogue.

Is there an equivalent for horror? The studios I know that mass-produce slock are not as, let's call it "sufficient," in giving the audience what they want. A lot of times you get a cool poster with a cool monster and a cool title, and then you're so bored you want to die 10 minutes into the movie, the dialogue is barely audible, and the monster shows up for 5 minutes at the end.

Just to be clear: I'm not saying Lifetime movies good, horror bad. I'm saying horror is awesome, but really bad Lifetime thrillers are frequently better than really bad (modern) horror movies, but i might just be missing out on the good stuff.
