Really weird noises in ear

Hey, I had a really bad health anxiety for like the past 3 weeks and it all started with this weird coughing feeling in my throat i kept constantly thinking about it and it made it even worse..well fast foward 2 weeks and i started to hear weird noises in my ear and weird frequencies like i couldnt hear certain noises even.. it truly has made live a living hell for me and i dont know what to do anymore

Weirdly enough my coughing Sensation has vaniahed but now im Plaqued with These weird noises and frequencies in my ear and i dobt know if they ever vanish!
