3 years did not play and suddenly VAN: Restriction. Any help?

Hello. Almost 3 years I haven’t played Valorant largely due to relocating for college in a dorm and that my pc is at house. 2 days ago, I played valo again in a computer shop (yes, I dont have windows as I converted to Apple ecosystem). Now the problem is that I played this earlier, yesterday, and 2 days ago, just right now when I open it, this pops up. Please note that I am playing the same internet cafe (computer shop) same station but i really don’t know what happened. I tried to other station and still the same pop-up.

Please. I just want to play AGAIN.
