Scared

So yesterday I was at work and had back pain that went away and I got woken up by this horrendous pain in the upper abdomen to the point I was rolling in pain, it subsided after an hour and I went to the doctors they then told me I had gallstones years ago but no symptoms so didn’t tell me anything. They have just took my bloods and my urine came back with protein in it, has anyone else’s urine came back with that and them have gallstones!
