cookie coordinator process

hi all! would love to hear from cookie coordinators (or anyone with input) about methods / processes that have worked best for you! i am going to create the weekly order google form but aside from that, how do you organize cookies for pick up? labeled boxes, etc? and what is your pick up process like? i intend to keep them at my house and have pick ups at my house.
