Failing Organic Chemistry I

Due to some pregnancy issues, I haven't been able to get any sort of passing grade in any exam or quiz in organic chemistry. I only have two exams left to boost my grade to hopefully a C-, but I'm not sure if I can do it. I'm finally feeling better and can focus, but still not sure how much I can fix prior to the end of the semester. My question is, how do you go about potentially failing a class but still applying to medical school? I would have to take it a year from now due to the spring class being full already. Will medical schools look down on me or reject me for one failing grade if I perform better the second time?
