Trying to decide between 2 jobs.

I am having a really hard time making a decision of what to do job wise. It all started after my wife and I had a child and decided we wanted to move closer to home for family support. During the move I had to very good opportunities. It was for the same company I quit over a year prior but in a different state as a chef. The other was for a small catering company. I initially turned the small catering company down but after going through things with the other job it was giving me severe anxiety because I would be training to take over for my first major executive chef role and I just scared because I want to be home more to help raise the child and feel more present. After that anxiety attack I called the small catering company back and they offered me the job. It pays at least 20k-30k less than the other company. So right now I’m getting what I want in being home but money is tight and my parents that are assisting us raising our child are having huge financial troubles as well. Fast forward a couple months the big paying job calls me back and are still saying they really think I would be a great fit for the job and want me to take over as the exec chef. Sure the job would pay me more but I would be losing out being at home more. And that is what concerns me. My wife has told me that she thinks taking the higher paying job would be great and would understand that me not being home is the trade off but would help everyone as a whole. Just feel bad if I do take the job on telling them I’m resigning only a few months into the job. Any advice on what I should do.
