Add more failsafes for broken objectives and terminals

Every time I come back to this game, the thing that throws my will to play out the window is running into an incompletable main objective. 9 times out of 10 it's a desynced terminal. Nobody in the lobby can use it and the lobby is just over. It happens at least once every 3 full operations to me which makes me wonder why seemingly nothing has been done about it.

If the main issues can't be fixed after so long for an issue this prevalent, why aren't there failsafes to make sure helldivers can properly interact with objectives?
