Where does Jahoda rank for Anemo options on a Flins team?

I understand Sucrose is probably the best anemo option, but having sustain is something that some players like myself enjoy for the quality of life it provides. Does Jahoda beat out options like Sayu or Lan Yan? Is there validity to taking her and switching Aino for another hydro unit, or is the off-field provided too valuable?
