GO Pass Deluxe: December has Stalled

I bought the December reward road + 10 levels. I got it early, like I always do. Niantic have since made an error and given me and others a refund as it was advertised as rewarding coins when it doesn’t.

Since I have had the refund email, my levelling up has stalled. I am currently stuck at level 39. I should be higher than this. My ‘To next rank:’ doesn’t move even though my ‘Extra points earned today’ goes up.

Is anyone else experiencing this same issue? I’m sure it’s not just me and also not just iOS.
