Notifications no longer working

So I've had my Instinct 3 Ammoled for about 6 months now and I noticed yesterday that the notifications of my texts and calls and whatnot stopped popping up on my watch. Everything else seems to be in order, I haven't toggled anything on or off but I don't know why this just suddenly happened. Any advice? Has anyone else had this happen to them?
