Possible hormones issues

I've been on various forms of HRT for many years. I am now on injectible Estradiol Valerate and have been for the past several years. I got an orchi so I don't take anti-androgens. Lately, I've been noticing issues. First is that I'm really anxious. Like moreso than usual. Then the next issue is a little embarrassing but... I'm getting morning wood for the first time since I started hormones. I'm also experiencing random bouts of being kinda hot. Especially when I'm anxious. I would attribute it to not enough estrogen, but I've been taking my shot every week. I thought that maybe I'm drawing from an expired vial, but people tell me that vials last for years if stored properly.

Has anyone else experienced this? My doctor isn't getting back to me and I don't see him until late January.
