questions about AKITA prefecture

Hello everyone, recently I got accepted into Akita International University, Japan. As Akita is in a remote area, I am worrying about the part-time jobs opportunity. Can I be able to bear my tuition fees( annually 4457.15$) and living expenses via part-time jobs from second year?
