Do I ask MB if everything’s ok?

I’m a home assistant but was a nanny for many years. I work part time for multiple families at the moment. I’m currently at one of the families’ homes, and I saw something a bit alarming? There’s a drawing on the table with a title that says “daddy doesn’t like mommy,” with two people (probably dad and mom) drawn, with the dad saying “I don’t like mommy.” I know I might be overreacting. Both MB and DB are always very kind, smiley, and seem happy. I haven’t seen any other red flags, but I only work around 5-10 hrs/week for them, and I don’t see DB very often. I assume the answer is no, but should I ask MB if everything is ok? My brain automatically goes to worst case scenario of dv, but I need a reality check here
